AB HORSEMANSHIP MOUNTING

Syntax: MOUNT
You must be first be mounted on your steed in order to use almost all Horsemanship abilities. Basic, but important!

AB HORSEMANSHIP RIDING

Without this crucial ability, you aren't truly a rider at all. This ability signifies that you have learned to properly control your steed, and it will therefore no longer decide to go its own merry way, rather than in your desired direction.

AB HORSEMANSHIP TROTTING

This is a passive ability, signifying that you are able to control your steed to a sufficient extent for it to trot at a decent pace around the world. You will therefore be able to move further before being considered hasty.

AB HORSEMANSHIP PANICKING

Syntax: PANIC MOUNT
You are now able to send your steed into a panic, causing it to flee in a random direction from where you are. This is useful due to it requiring very little in the way of physical health from you, and that your enemies will not be able to see in which direction you went in the confusion.

AB HORSEMANSHIP FORDING

This passive ability means that you are now able to ford through water while mounted. When you come across a watery location, rather than swimming you can simply keep on moving and your trusty steed will ford its way through for you. Your feet might still get wet though.

AB HORSEMANSHIP RECALLING

Syntax: RECALL MOUNT
This ability will allow you to call your unstabled mount back to you, no matter where it is.

AB HORSEMANSHIP RETURNING

Syntax: RETURN MOUNT
While you have your mount with you, you may direct it to return to a particular stable, and let it trot off safe in the knowledge that it will be well cared-for. HELP HORSEMANSHIP will show you the stables across the land.

AB HORSEMANSHIP GALLOPING

Syntax: GALLOP
You may now gallop as fast as the wind upon your steed. Simply pick a direction and gallop away, you will continue to gallop until you reach the end of the straight stretch.

AB HORSEMANSHIP QUICKMOUNTING

Syntax:
Mount your steed so swiftly, you never lose your balance at all.

AB HORSEMANSHIP TRAVELLING

Syntax: TRAVEL TO
You have now developed such a bond with your steed that you may simply direct it to carry you to a given monument, and it will do so without any further action needed on your part.

AB HORSEMANSHIP NAMING

Syntax: NAME
For the very reasonable fee of 1000 gold sovereigns, you may officially record your steed with the name of your choice. It can then be referred to in many ways by this name.

AB HORSEMANSHIP LEAPING

Syntax: LEAP
Urge your steed to leap over obstacles such as walls, in the direction of your choice. Whether in combat or showjumping, this is always an impressive ability.
