PIPELIST is naturally the easiest way to do this.
Under group, instead of default, put "pipes" for each of the things I list, so you can change the info int hese as you need to quickly.
(this lets you group things under the view list in the left hand side of the system screen)

I'm trying to figure out how to get it so I can put a palcehold for say my enemy so that I can have a warning for when HIS rebounding goes down. Help would be appreciated.

You might want to trigger a few actions ( like lighting and smoking for aura ), as well as have an alias that lights all/fills all/puffs all.
Also, your echo for pipes lit is unwieldy, since you can't light off balance. You might want to just highlight the pipes being lit message. |

I.E. IF conditon (1) and condition (2) are met..
Then condition (4) is activated and condition (3) turned off.
...If there si, that'd make healing and such muuuuuuch easier. |
