The cook in Bella's Keep hates toads and leeches in her kitchens, so kill the ones in the sewers underneath and give them to her.

The Viper Quest
Hecuba the Witch in Bella's Keep will also give you money for vipers found just before the Keep (that hit with voyria.. so.. don't do this without immunity).

Scalpel Quest
Find the scalpel at the gates on the first level of the keep (with the spectral guardians). Go to helf'ga and say QUEST and she'll get the Tsol'aa dude to follow you (Hint: he's dinner). Find Quel'zar the surgeon (you have to enter the iron maiden. Make sure you have a way of getting back to helf'ga because there's no way back by walking) and give him the scalpel. Once you give him the scalpel he should butcher the tsol'aa and give you a nice filet. Take the filet and give it back to Helf'ga, the Cook. You get 250 gold for the scalpel and 250 gold for the filet.

Naggamantex the Torturer
Kill Smirnick the Mhun and get the fork that he drops or... give him the corpse of Grollum and he'll give you the fork and he'll disappear (either way it's very difficult to kill either of them. I wouldn't recommend anyone lower than level 75 even attempt to solo this unless they are a sylvan with viridian morph, magi with diamondskin, a horkval or a dwarf, etc). Take the heretic's fork and give it to Naggamantex.

Gem of Gladius quest
Get the gem from the lake and give it to Gladius for 300 gold, some experience and alignment raise.
