In some locations on the continent there are books locked with a silver clasp (usually in libraries), give them to the librarian in Spinesreach for some experience. I've found them so far in: - Spinesreach catacombs - Enorian museum - Kentorakro - Grand Library

Bandits quest
Kill the bandits and give their corpses to the bounty hunter guy (Tygrin, the Warden of the outer city) for 100 gold each.
