I thought this might be intresting...but who here likes to cook? seriously, I would like to hear your favouriate things

to start...choc brownies

250g butter
250g dark chocolate (I use cadbury old gold)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugger
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 a cup self raising flour
1 1/2 cups of white chocolate (I use a big block of that dream stuff)

ok...put the chocolate and butter in a pot and melt over a low heat (if you keep mixing it, that should stop it from burning, but I usually take it off and let its oan heat melt it). Beat the eggs and sugger in a bowl untill light and fluffy (use an electric mixer, of which I don't have...hand mixing gives you a dead arm) fold that though the chocolate mix. add the flours and mix well, add the white chocolate but in rough chunks. move the mixture into a greased baking tray and into a preheated  oven for 30 min at 180o...let cool and enjoy

just on a side note, if your like me and use good chocolate...don't eat to many at once, you -will- make yourself sick

Ooh, I made awesome Chicken Fajitas the other month, no exact recipe but...

2 packets taco seasoning
Some garlic + herb seasoning
Mrs. Dash
Pepper
Chicken Tenderloins
Red and Green bellpeppers
Burritos
Cheese

Mix taco seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, and Mrs. Dash all in a bag, and shake. Pour mix into a bowl. Dip chicken in, cut up chicken, throw in pan. Repeat till all the chicken is in the pan, throw some of the remaining seasoning in and start cooking, stirring occasionally. Chop up peppers and throw in seperate pan and start cooking those. Add pepper, stir occasionally. Cut a long strip into the burrito bag and throw it in the microwave for two minutes. Put a bit of water in with the peppers and steam. When it's all done, and you'll know when it's done, put on one of your awesomely soft, seems like homemade, burritos, throw cheese and any other toppings you want on and munch.

It's not exact...but if you're good at cooking it shouldn't turn out to bad. I just kinda threw it together at the last minute and it was like...an orgasm in your mouth, really.
