Poted by Indiana on 15 Dec 2005 19:24 -
.. and pray you don't type 100 instead of 10 *snicker*

You really need to make a stop button for it or something.
Poted by Avian on 15 Dec 2005 19:25 -
Just click triggers off, god.
Poted by Avian on 15 Dec 2005 19:26 -
Fine fine.

A: end
A: #set varHerb 0
Poted by Arota on 15 Dec 2005 21:27 -
Oooo.

Now if only my drood character could harvest.
Poted by Sarkis on 15 Dec 2005 21:29 -
Now if only I could harvest...*chin*
Poted by Arota on 15 Dec 2005 21:31 -
HAH.  That WOULD be fun.  I'd join the Sentaari so fast if they could harvest...massive amounts of damage AND free herbs.  Whoo.
Poted by Sarkis on 15 Dec 2005 21:33 -
aCutally, before the Divine decreed no further Tekura using guilds, Iw as (for the most part jokingly) toying with the idea of making a forestal monk class, using metamorphisis, Tekura, and Woodlore or concotions as the premise of skills. ...I'm insane, shush.
Poted by Sarkis on 15 Dec 2005 21:36 -
Beyond my reach? not really. I was just having fun with the thought. *pet*
Poted by Arota on 15 Dec 2005 21:35 -
You're not insane, you just have visions of grandeur beyond your reach.
Poted by Arota on 15 Dec 2005 21:38 -
And that is what we call a DELUSION of grandeur.

Unless you're secretly Belakai or something.  In which case I will need to kick your ass.
Poted by Sarkis on 15 Dec 2005 21:40 -
...Lubb Belakai, and despair. Silly.

Do you have any idea HOW overpowered that would be?
Poted by Arota on 16 Dec 2005 01:13 -
Do you have any idea HOW overpowered that would be?

I think we all know how overpowered it would be, Avian.  Though, to be honest, I'm not too sure that Tekura and Metamorphosis would work together at all...

I actually have random dreams of a water-based druid/priest type class.  Concoctions, a form of underwater groves type skill (sorta...Terramancy and Groves combined, only based around water), maybe the old Healing guild skill from the priests.  Got the idea while wandering around in Kelsys in my drood alt.
Poted by Avian on 16 Dec 2005 03:00 -
With reflexes on, you'll be dishing out a combo approximately every two seconds.

So in Tiger stance, you'll be getting a break every two seconds.

Compare that to restoration balance, which is four seconds.

Then add in bbt's, which are two seconds each. How do you beat that?

Okay, different scenario. Sting hkp hkp, sting hkp hkp. Or just sdk hkp hkp until they're low and incinerate. It's insane.
Poted by Avian on 16 Dec 2005 03:01 -
Hell, claw hkp hkp howl or maul hkp hkp would hurt.
Poted by Arota on 16 Dec 2005 03:19 -
Y'know, I tried your auto-harvester...didn't work for me.  Whyyyyy?
Poted by Avian on 16 Dec 2005 06:48 -
Because you suck? How doesn't it work?

Oh by the way... it's Nexus coding.
Poted by Arota on 16 Dec 2005 18:05 -
Yes, I know, I switched to nexus...and it didn't work as in it didn't stop.  Even when I put in 'end'. *sniffle*  I almost over harvested.  Actually, I did, but then I replanted the one plant I overharvested, so s'all good.  But I was deeply disapointed.  Because harvesting takes forever.  And if I have to sit there and watch it...*bleh*
Poted by Avian on 16 Dec 2005 18:45 -
Make sure the triggers are accurate. I kinda winged it.

You can try removing the {<}'s too.
Poted by Arota on 16 Dec 2005 19:01 -
Triggers are accurate...it just...didn't...stop. O.O  It was like an energizer bunny!  It keeps going and going and going and going...*cry*  I'll try to tweak it later today...but if it doesn't work, you may just get a random tell from my alt asking for help...
Poted by Avian on 16 Dec 2005 19:25 -

yay
Poted by Yreogh on 16 Dec 2005 20:02 -
I knew no good would come of this.
Poted by Arota on 16 Dec 2005 20:20 -
Doesn't work for Myrrh, either, Avian, since you reach OUT and harvest that.

*eyeshift*

A: #math varHerb $varHerb - 1

Picky picky picky.
Poted by Arota on 17 Dec 2005 03:38 -
'Course I'm picky.  Your faulty auto-harvester made my alt over-harvest. And stupid myrrh can't be replanted.
Poted by Avian on 17 Dec 2005 07:00 -
I only have up to ash. Sue me.
Poted by Yreogh on 17 Dec 2005 14:28 -
Eeeeeeeeeevil
Poted by Arota on 17 Dec 2005 20:36 -
You only have up to...Ash? O.o  That's like...really low.  But then you've been all combat-orriented rather than concoctions-oriented, I suppose.
Poted by Avian on 17 Dec 2005 20:52 -
Only reason I even have ash is because of hive.

And yet... I still have more herbs than you!
Poted by Arota on 17 Dec 2005 21:03 -
And yet... I still have more herbs than you!

Debatable.  Do you have over 1000 echinacea, ginseng, ginger, and myrrh?  If you do then, yeah, you have more than me...otherwise, no.
Poted by Avian on 19 Dec 2005 00:28 -
I have 2000 ginseng and 1000 ash
Poted by Arota on 19 Dec 2005 23:04 -
Psh.  I have over 1000 echinacea, ginger, ginseng, myrrh, and over 500 bloodroot. Soon to be more, whenever I get around to harvesting again. *nyah*
Poted by Arota on 07 Jan 2006 23:08 -
So, go me.  Having never done any programming in zMud before, at all...I managed to translate Avian's auto-harvester into zMud.  Woot!  Though...I think...the part that sets the variables...isn't as it should be.  Though that could just be me.  It works, at any rate.
Poted by Avian on 08 Jan 2006 01:40 -
So you changed some syntaxes. Big deal.

*mutter*

It's still my code.
Poted by Arota on 08 Jan 2006 17:30 -
...it took me about an hour to figure it out. *sniffle*  And anyways, that's how I learn to code.  I pick apart other people's code and figure out how it ticks, then twist it to my own demented uses.

I did exactly that. I butchered Wolfen's really old system to get it to work then started over again when I had a better idea of what I was doing. >.>
Poted by Arota on 10 Jan 2006 18:42 -
See?  Time-honoured, workable way to learn how to code! *eyeshift*  Now I just need to get Asili's system to work so I can butcher it. *runs and hides*
Poted by Avian on 10 Jan 2006 19:37 -
Clearly it's not that effective as I can wipe the floor with either of you
Poted by Yreogh on 10 Jan 2006 20:41 -
Don't make me find the time Asi broke your system....
Poted by Arota on 10 Jan 2006 21:56 -
I've changed my mind, Yreogh.  I think I want to be in your harem after all.
Poted by Avian on 11 Jan 2006 00:59 -
Took out my auto-sipper, won't happen again.
Poted by Yreogh on 11 Jan 2006 02:38 -
Everyone comes over to my side, eventually.
Poted by Sarkis on 11 Jan 2006 22:13 -
Or mine.
Poted by Arota on 11 Jan 2006 22:52 -
I started out on your side, Sarkis.  And I'm still on your side.  But I'm on Yreogh's, too.  I'm multi-sided!
Poted by Yreogh on 12 Jan 2006 01:19 -
She's poly-dimensional!
Poted by Avian on 12 Jan 2006 02:56 -
Everyone's polydimensional. That is unless you're a point.

EDIT: Correction, line.
Poted by Sarkis on 17 Jan 2006 06:47 -
Or line segment. Planes, too, up to the second dimension.
Poted by Arota on 18 Jan 2006 01:14 -
...y'lost me, Sarkis.
Poted by Yreogh on 18 Jan 2006 02:14 -
Planes are two-dimensional, Sarkis, since they have length and width.

Lines only have one dimension, length.
Poted by Sarkis on 20 Jan 2006 00:24 -
Well...theoritical lines.

Real liens, I.E. the representation we make with a pencil and ruler have width, depth, etc. Most dimensions we talk about under 3 is pure theory, and most purely three dimensional stuff is too, since we live in at -least- 4 dimensions.

I got my math proffesor angry arguing that point, so I got transfered toa  Doctor who was able to slap me about a little bit. ...I hate math, it's boooooring.
Poted by Yreogh on 20 Jan 2006 01:28 -
Psh.  Math is nice and clean.
I'd say it's one of my favorite subjects, but I really like them all.  Except physics, which exceeds my limited mental capacity.  Porr kinesthia makes it hard to figure out.
Poted by Indiana on 20 Jan 2006 11:21 -
I used to like math as well .. before I found out what triple primitives are and such ... and before I found out who my TTI teacher is (doesn't matter what TTI means .. it's something like The Statistical Communication Theory) where  the teacher considers we already know some theories which we can't even spell .. this guys is teaching in more places than I've heard of in my entire life anyway ... if you are curious just check out:

Anyway, reminds me I'll have the exam in like two months ... stupid college ..

Actually, you'll have your exam in 2 weeks.

I like both math and physics. Physics a bit more. And TTI is easy.
Poted by Indiana on 20 Jan 2006 13:22 -

Yeah, it's easy when you have the highest grades from the entire class .. umm, bigger class .. umm, nevermind. And yeah, if you are very good at math it might seem easy
Poted by Avian on 20 Jan 2006 18:57 -
Math and Physics are easy.

What bothers me is AP US History.

My teacher's name is Sindel. Go on Google Images and look her up.

She actually does look like that. I'm not joking.
Poted by Yreogh on 20 Jan 2006 19:01 -
Bah, AP Us history was easy.

That fact that I absorb nutrients from the History channel has nothing to do with it.
Poted by Arota on 21 Jan 2006 03:40 -
...*goes back to her work-frybrain-sleep-repeat cycle and pretends she understood any part at all of this discussion*
Poted by Sarkis on 21 Jan 2006 16:32 -
I prefer physics over the standard drudgery of sheer mathematics with little application. Also, the more unusal, or...interesting applicatioins of amth in physics is what makes it fun for me.

That said..I'm more interested in design, history, and literature. And I am very good with all three.
