Another bit of help

Poted by Indiana on 10 Feb 2005 16:23 - Another bit of help
Well, if you studied the website (and family) logo that is in the right up corner you might have seen a little ... slogan:

"The time of the awakening is near"

Well, I liked this one so far although it didn't have too much to do with the content of the website, so now I wish to ask you if you have any ideas what to change that with (or if I should just remove it, but it would look pretty strange).

Well, any ideas?

What about...

"Bloodrose is more than a family.
Bloodrose is a state of being."
Poted by Sarkis on 21 Apr 2005 03:51 -
No, no...if we're an Emporium...then "Everything Bloodrose, here." Or the similar.

We're not a shop though.

We don't sell anything.

At least... I hope not.

*nervous*

Now that is another good idea.

We should get a shop. Yes I know sounds like paying dues longer. But the profit could be shared. Some for the bankaccount and some to give to the family members.

Frankly, I've been wondering about establishing a credit pool, for family members, where credits are sold at lower prices, or given for contributions to the family.

Well, the family needs credits for new rooms for now .. perhaps when we're done with that .. who knows?
Poted by Sarkis on 24 Apr 2005 18:59 -
Well, I tihnk ahead, several steps...of course, when the house is done....that...ungodly monstrosity of a structure...I counted the rooms, and It has like 70 of them.

Last time we had a store it didn't sell very much...and enorian Stores cost way too much...so I don't count on having a store.

Ha! I have an idea .. who needs a shop when you have the market channel   I can forge lots of stuff right now, we got at least 3-4 forestals that can sell herbs and make refills ... we could organize this into a decent bussiness, perhaps including some comms as well .. some clothes .. ya should think about this

Erm. Okay. I need help with something.

A lot of your square picture buttons don't work. Can you like... add text-button supplements? For those of us with browser problems?

It's a different computer, leave me alone.

First, tell me WHICH square buttons don't work for ya, second, what browser are you using (and of course I'll tell you to use Firefox instead of that, but anyway). third, tell me what those "text-button supplements" are supposed to be.
Poted by Sarkis on 17 Aug 2005 12:28 -
I love Firefox.
Poted by Hatake on 17 Aug 2005 13:25 -
All works fine with Opera

Erm... the two big ones are the 'New Topic' and the 'Reply'. So... yeah. I'm stuck with IE 5.

I would use Firefox but... it screws up CSS and Javascript... so...

And text links are uh... links made up of text...?

The "a href" ones.

Thue funny thing is I tested just about the entire website and works just fine in IE as well for me .. tell the the exact button and page where it does not work for you, maybe we can find out where the bug is.

Eh... I'll just get IE6

Hah, Indy, I know from experience - if you have the same browser on two computers of the same make that have been used for the same amount of time and have virtually the same programs on them...one computer will still refuse to load things that the other computer won't have a problem with.
