And I purposefully left out the mounties. They don't really have that much of a presence, actually. I mean...I live in the same area as the ONLY training academy for mounties in ALL OF CANADA...and the last time I saw a mountie in person was last rememberance day. So just seven days under a year ago. | ||

America was getting pissed because it's huge shipping interests were being crushed by British naval ambition. So, they declared war. Probably the major reason America tried to invade Canada was because of lumber and ship building, as well as other supplies. Anyway...it was the same war in which the Biritish burned Washington D.C. to the ground. EDIT: For Clarity | ||
