This is my first posted log, so if there's stuff that looks dumb..I'm sorry, did my best editing it.

Fairly short, background of this is: Saybre is confused on which path he should take to follow a Divine, and earlier asked Lady Auresae for Her guidance, leading to this. Enjoy!

Sir Reuel Dena'Foe, Charge of Blades says to you, "You're just..."
You kneel before Auresae, swearing your allegiance to Her.

Auresae's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Well met."

Ecikoria performs a graceful curtsey towards Auresae.

Reuel kneels before Auresae, swearing his allegiance to Auresae.

Sir Reuel Dena'Foe, Charge of Blades says, "Hail, Goddess of Fire."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says to you, "May I borrow you?"

Daskalos bows respectfully to Auresae.

Reuel's eyes sparkle with amusement as he gazes upon you.



Purifying Flame, Faithful Daskalos Qefin, fio Naecelm Ciehianari says,
"Mother."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Are you sure?"

Daskalos inclines his head politely to those around him.

Armin Nakliet-Mirari, The Faithful says, "Greetings."

You say, "I'm quite free."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Positive?"

You chuckle long and heartily.

You say, "Yes."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "One-hundred percent?"

You snicker softly, eyeing Auresae.

Auresae giggles happily.

Reuel stares at you and blinks.

Golden flames engulf the Lady of Fire within their aurous grasp, before
detonating in an inspiring nova of brilliance. The light fades, leaving nothing
but several glowing sparks which slowly float to the ground.

Atop the Pillar of Auresae.
A glistening, fiery throne wavers in and out of perception in the center of
this platform. Auresae, Goddess of Fire is here, wreathed by divine fire. She
wields an obsidian sceptre crowned in amber in Her left hand.
There are no obvious exits.
You are transported by the power of the Divine.

You say, "Oooh, that kind of tingled.."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Well met, Sir Saybre. I believe you requested
something of Me?"

You nod your head emphatically.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire places Herself upon Her throne, looking at you
expectantly.

You say, "My Lady, it seems I have had trouble finding an Order that
really...fits me, and is very open and...supportive and such. I have been
following Lord Arion for some time, but it seems as though the only member that
really...helps out is Ravek, whom I have great respect for, but I almost feel
like I'm being wasted by staying there since there is not a whole lot
of..unification I suppose."

Auresae ponders the situation.


Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "My Brother's House is His own, I can not speak
for Him. As for Me and My family, I predicate upon being close to them and them
to Me."

You say, "So really, any words of wisdom or guidance would be greatly
appreciated, as I am mostly confused at this point. I once started to follow
You when I was very young, but I decided to go a different way due to my young
impatience, I am beginning to regret doing so these days."

You nod your head sagely.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Unfortunately, the closeness of one's Order
doesn't, or shouldn't, define one's Faith."

You say, "True enough."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "It is the nature of Faith, I as its Goddess can
say, to be a lonely walk betimes."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "That is not to say that one shouldn't seek to
practice that Faith in a societal way or manner."

You nod your head emphatically.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "The point, simply, comes down to one thing. No
one else can tell you the answer to this question -- What do you believe?"

A piercing sound cleaves through the air.

A portal opens in the air in front of you, edges vibrating madly.

Xanou steps in through a sonic portal.
He is followed by a flesh golem.

With a swoop of his club, Xanou knocks you straight into the ground.

Xanou utters a word of command to his golem.
A flesh golem reaches out and seizes your left leg in its powerful grip,
pulling and twisting until the bone snaps.

You are no longer stunned.

You take a drink from a wooden rose vial.
The elixir heals and soothes you.

You take out some salve and quickly rub it on your left leg.
The bones in your left leg mend.


You stand up and stretch your arms out wide.

You bleed 71 health.

With a swoop of his club, Xanou knocks you straight into the ground.

You are too stunned to be able to do anything.

Xanou utters a word of command to his golem.
A flesh golem reaches out and seizes your left leg in its powerful grip,
pulling and twisting until the bone snaps.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Stop."

You are no longer stunned.

You take a drink from a wooden rose vial.
The elixir flows down your throat without effect.

You take out some salve and quickly rub it on your left leg.
The bones in your left leg mend.


You stand up and stretch your arms out wide.

You may apply another salve to yourself.

A flesh golem grabs your neck with its rocky limbs, squeezing the air out of
you.

Awakened Xanou says, "Aww."

A moss tattoo fades from view and disappears.

Atop the Pillar of Auresae.
Surrounded by a shimmering veil, a platform floats inexplicably here, as if
supported by the very light that shines downward and upward as far as the eye
can see in either direction. From this vantage point, the entirety of southern
continent can be seen as if through a fine mist that refracts and reflects
ambient light and casts the sky and land in multi-hued rainbows of dancing
color. A glistening throne wavers in the center of the platform, tendrils of
fire licking outward from it in slow, sloth-like movements. The throne's
movements are mimicked by the veil and the pulsating beam that encapsulates the
platform, belying the undercurrent of power that washes over this sacred place.

this platform. A massive golem made from the rotting flesh of other creatures
stands here. Auresae, Goddess of Fire is here, wreathed by divine fire. She
wields an obsidian sceptre crowned in amber in Her left hand. Awakened Xanou is
here. He wields a stone club in his left hand.
There are no obvious exits.


You take a drink from a stained and painted vial.
Your mind feels stronger and more alert.

Xanou takes a long drag off his pipe.

You rub your temples in frustration.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "You have entered into My sacred throneroom."
-Ah, he's gonna get ruled...-

Awakened Xanou says, "Hmm."

Awakened Xanou says, "My bad."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "You have intensely violated My space."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Your bad?"

Xanou pets a glistening throne ingratiatingly.

Auresae raises Her fists above Her head. Concentrating briefly, She causes
rippling blue fire to flow from the heavens above into a ball of energy between
Her upraised fists. Scornfully, She throws Her fists forward, sending a beam of
crackling energy to incinerate Xanou.
You hear a high-pitched screaming noise and instantly, a bolt of blue,
crackling energy strikes Xanou. His body arches as his mouth opens in a
noiseless scream. Blue fire erupts out of his eye sockets and mouth and his
charred body crumples to the ground.
Xanou has been slain by Auresae.
You can almost feel Xanou's disappointment as he falls to the level of
Lionized.
-I laughed soooo hard-

Auresae gives a pained sigh.

You smile wryly at Auresae.

You say, "Thank you My Lady."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Honestly."

-Secured rapiers here-
You say, "Anyway."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Where was I? I ... was so certain I had My
wind."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Right, right ... belief."

You say, "Heh, the problem is...my beliefs are extremely unique in that, I take
what I can from..many different aspects of my life, and from others. I believe
fully in Lord Arion's tenets as they make up the way of the Paladin in my eyes,
however I also belive in Your zeal to defy those of Darkness, so I suppose I am
a bit of both these days."

Auresae nods Her head emphatically.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "I understand."

Auresae raises Her hands and sends a bolt of burning blue fire towards Xanou.
-Distance Divine ownage-

He straightens his shoulders and concentrates for a moment before looking
hopefully at Auresae as he slowly asks, "Perhaps then My Lady, You could allow
me another chance to follow Your path?"

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Our beliefs, I am My Brother's, are not in
disalignment."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Er, and My."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Rather."

The corners of your mouth turn up as you grin mischievously.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Saybre, I would grant you such a wish, but ..."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "You must be certain it is what you desire."

You nod your head emphatically.

You say, "I have been thinking about it for months upon months."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "My aim is not to rob My Brother of a devout
follower, but to allow each mortal to grow in his or her Faith in the best
possible circumstance."

You laughingly say, "I understand that."

Auresae's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Auresae raises Her hands and sends a bolt of burning blue fire towards Xanou.

You say, "I have tried many different Orders, Lady Lleis, Lord Arion, and even
Your's for a short time, and though I left, I still feel that it was a mistake
and that Your pillars fit me the best."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "I've decided My weapon will be Daskalos."

The corners of your mouth turn up as you grin mischievously.

You say, "Should be interesting then."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Why do you believe you've been so restless?"

Xanou has been slain by the might of Purifying Flame, Faithful Daskalos Qefin,
fio Naecelm Ciehianari.
-About ten seconds after she said Daskalos was Her weapon-

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "If he speaks to Me again, I think I will
silence him."

You say, "I belive it is due to my almost...need to protect others, and in the
past years or so, I have been defending and assisting a multitude of Your
followers for the very same reasons they were fighting, letting our paths
crossed opened my eyes that perhaps I was destined for a similiar path, since
my ideals matched their own."

You chuckle at Auresae.

You say, "You would be doing Sapience a great service I belive."

You say, "Believe rather."

The corners of Auresae's mouth turn up as She grins mischievously.

You say, "Can not speak today it seems.."

You cough softly.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "He is mute now."

Auresae gives a pained sigh.

You say, "I am not entirely sure what his problem is...he attacks me for no
apparent reason these days..."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire bids you step toward Her with one hand.

You say, "I have offered a truce probably about eight times."

You have emoted: Saybre steps towards Auresae with peaked curiousity.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire reaches out and takes your hand in Hers, the warmth of
Her skin palpable. She says, "Sir Knight, if you have made up your mind, in
truth, all you need is to make the appropriate next step. But, do not allow any
'closeness' to cloud your mind, you must be devoted wholly, individually, to My
tenets if you are to stand with Me." She smiles reassuringly.

Auresae raises Her hands and sends a bolt of burning blue fire towards Tyriik.

You think for a moment before nodding slowly at Auresae.

You blink.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Daru attempt to use telepathy on Me eight times
a month."

You ask, "Sense?"

"Heh heh heh" you chuckle.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Perhaps."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Anyhow."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Is there any other advice I can give?"

You say, "Nothing comes to mind at the moment, My Lady."

Auresae's mouth turns up as Her face breaks into a smile.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Very well."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Where would you like to go?"

Your mouth turns up as your face breaks into a smile.

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Anywhere in particular?"

Auresae's eyes sparkle with amusement.

"Heh heh heh" you chuckle.

You say, "Four corners is fine My Lady."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Ah, good enough."

You say, "I shall seek entrance back into the Listeners soon enough."

Auresae, Goddess of Fire says, "Good."

North of the great gates. (road).
The stars twinkle in the clear night sky. A granite monument stands here, its
surface polished to a shine. A solemn looking chaplain rests the base of his
tower shield on the ground and hefts his mace.
You see exits leading southeast and northwest.
You are transported by the power of the Divine.

The Divine voice of Auresae, Goddess of Fire echoes in your head, "Close
enough!"

You tell Auresae, Goddess of Fire, "Thank YOu for all Your help."

The Divine voice of Auresae, Goddess of Fire echoes in your head, "Walk well."

You tell Auresae, Goddess of Fire, "Ack, You rather."

I thought it was quite awesome, the way Auresae and I spoke, and the way that Xanou was repeatedly owned while we were speaking.
