The most I ever had was goldfish...and their names were simple things like Sharky and Sparky. I gave one tank birth control, and all but four fry (baby fishies) died in the experimental tank. And those four fry, when the experiment was over, exhibited male characteristic.
This year's Sci-O team is copying the experiment, but none of their guppies are dying.
