Monks always confused me.  But then, my alt in them lasted maybe a day or two, real time, so I didn't really try all that hard to figure 'em out.

Since we are disscussing alts, any idea for a darkie? I'm thinking vampire, cabalist or teradrim. What do you guys think?

Teradrim are cool, and their requirements, unless they've changed them recently, are still wicked easy.  Plus you gain gold quickly, what with the selling of inks and beetling in Bloodloch.  And!  While you're supposed to be respectful in general, you don't have to use the Peerage for the vampires if you don't want to.

Teradrim suck. Club takes so much endurance it's not even funny. Golems are cool though.

If you want a darkie, go vampire. They're so low budget. You don't need credits or anything, plus mend is great.

Not that... I know anything about vampires... or anything...

But Horkval vampires are awesome.

I agree with Avian with the vampire statement.   Teradrim are great, too, but give the Cabalists a shot at some point or another.  With the decay upgrade, bashing is about up there with a Vampire, in regards to ease, and there's definite roleplay potential - though you'll find it lacking in most of your peers.   Cabalists are by far the tankiest guild in the game, as well. I'm guessing it'd feel great to have all that free time to think of offense during combat.
Xarian, for example, sips manually - even against guys like Dourif and Borscin.   I mean, comeon.
Oh. And Numerology ftw.

I wish I'd not started as a Zealot. Your guild looks fun, seriously. But Gods are its ideals bizarre if you've grown accustomed to being Light or Dark.

I feel the Sentaari are more considered doing the right thing, than the light thing. *cough*

Anyway, we actualyl have a good bit of fun...our biggest problem is getting all our *HIGHLY* eccentric members to work together...eh, well, not so much work together, as keep thier attention on one thing long enough to finish it. It seems as if every Sentaari I know is extrordinarily busy and ahrd working, to the point of being a fault.

Which makes me a rather unusal monk, since I'm far more laid-back than most are.

SEE: Project named 'Ominous X' for the proof that above statement is not true.

Also, this is the most I've ever seen Drah talk.  EVER...
